I quit using that crap. If you ever cut it or change a fitting, it goes to pooh. They don't use that shit on cars and trucks. It's a gimmick I think.

It's Marpac ethanol resistant fuel hose! The rest of the line should be good, that was where my fuel filter goes,I guess from changing 5 or so fuel filters it finally let go

I'm on the same one, i just visually check it for debris, still looks brand new.

I also make it a point to keep my tank slap full.

Go to the auto store and get some regular black rubber, plain Jane, fuel line. Y'all are being sucked into a trap.

Stupid question, but are you using the correct size fuel filter for that hose? If not, that may be your problem. I cant tell 100% but it looks like 5/16" (or 8mm is the metric equivelant) from the first pic.

Post Common problem
I've always just went to O'Reilly and got the regular fuel line but it would only last a season, maybe two. I found this at $2.90 a foot, so I thought I'd try it and see if it lasts longer. On my new boat I'm running fuel line to the bow so I'm trying to avoid replacing every year or two.

Eaton Aeroquip is the brand. It's wrapped with fabric.

What about using automotive fuel line from a dealer? Obviously it holds up well.

That marpac hose is junk. We ran those hoses on alot of our equiptment and had nothing but problems. Theres a plastic like inside liner and when we would change fitting it pushes the inner liner in .
