Black automotive fuel line, no problems. How many times do you have to change the fuel line on your vehicle? That marine line is junk. I have seen a lot of those lines and anywhere you cut it that liner would be loose on the inside, you can grab it with pliers and just pull it out.

Glad I'm not the only one this happens too. Wish I would've read this a few days ago though. Just changed all my lines out over the weekend. Just over a year old. It's fine as long as your not taking it on and off of fittings.

The black "diesel-compliant" fuel line works well. I changed out the "ethanol compliant" lines on my flats boat---twice---for the same reason. Once I went to the diesel-compliant I was fine.
