 Snowmobile mud motor
Seen this on facebook guy trying to build a mud motor usein a snowmobile engine

liquid cooled engine also - now one of the larger fan motors you might have something

I think the low end torque would suffer with the 2 stroke - but once you got the RPM's up then you would have something, check snowmobile junk yards for engine, guys are always wrapping their machines around trees and stuff

You would have to have a reduction drive on it to make it work. Working rpm is 5800 which is too fast for a long tail application.
