Re: 1852 Dfou AKA stage II When did an 1852 all .125 with nothing in it turn into a heavy boat?? I'm not saying it's not well built, but there's plenty of boats the same dimensions that are much heavier. Add a 3/16 bottom, bigger catwalks, some storage boxes and a few electronics and then you'd have a little weight.
