 prop getting to much air Could the pieces of angle on the bottom of a normal Jon boat cause the prop to get to much air in? Disrupting the water to much maybe?

Re: prop getting to much air Just where the hull is broke when they build it so u can turn and not just drift. I think they are called the strakes

Re: prop getting to much air I was thinking maybe like welding a bead along the back/bottom of the transom to balance the nose, like a trim tab but different...
