Another reason why I love GG, when you load your boat on the trailer crooked all you have to do is cut the motor off and hold on to the grab bar and rock the boat and it will slide right off the trailer. No more climbing to the bow to push it off the trailer.

I have no plans in camo, and really not that worried about if the color is a shade off. I ain't trying to win a beauty contest, trying to get through lillies. I could keep the graphite color on the bottom and do something else on the sides. Your right, nothing sticks to the shit. So when I pick a color of GG, it would be just that. I thought about goping to the gunnel as well. I might have some duralux paint left "duck boat drab", I'll try and send you a sample and see what yall can do.

Applied 2.5 coats of base to bottom and sides before paint started to kick. Should have mixed it in batches but 2 coats is all I need of base anyway. Though I primed all the way up the sides, the G2 will just go up a couple of inches and then it's monsta liner ... hope it sticks to the base ) . I really like that the odor was not that bad and no dripping, really easy to put down.

I like the looks of that hull and the orange. I've never seen it applied. Looks good Jorge , only mix a quart at a time or less on the second round. Call me if you have any questions.

Here is a few pic of my gator glide install....my boat is a 18x60 and .125
2 of us took it off the trailer and flipped it up on the side. not as bad as you think just get creative and be safe when you do it. Use a "come along" to help lift it up.This is with 5 layers of base and 4 layers of G2 from a 1/2 gallon kit.
I did the sides on the trailer wasn't bad at all! Remove the bunks and there is plenty of room to sand and apply when they are off.

Just got done putting mine on yesterday. Pretty easy to do just takes time. Stuff is slick as shit tho. I'll take some pictures later and post up. I'm ready to run it this season.

Post Re: Gator Glide
I am seriously intreagued by this stuff and am thinking about putting it on my boat but I have a question for Frog....

The marsh I hunt is hard bottom. I got stuck pretty bad last summer and thought I was gonna have a heat stroke by the time I finally got back into the deeper slop in our boat ditch. When I stepped out I was in ankle deep water. I realize a mud motor and hard bottom is a no win situation in most cases, but will G2 help if the water gets too shallow for my boat to float? Other than running thru lillies and grass, is there a distinct advantage when the boat is running across mud? My boat is an old tin can and is pretty light, but I don't want to drop the coin if I'm not going to see an improvement in this situation.
