Re: Winch on Duck boats Pulling across dry ground, getting on and off the trailer when the water is low, getting yourself off of a log jam you didn't realize was there, and my personal favorite, i use mine to help me fit in between trees that my big ass boat wouldn't squeeze through.

Re: Winch on Duck boats I've only used mine twice in three years. Each time I had run up onto a bone dry mudflat and could not get to water to cut a hole. Was sure happy to have that winch and a big anchor to pull against!
