 Mud motor transom height
I am new to mud motors and built a boat. I am use to building boats for outboards and mounting them in relation to the cavitation plate. What height do yall mount your mud motors at? I am guessing the prop shaft should be about level with the bottom of the hull?

 Re: Mud motor transom height
Most mud motors are meant to be mounted at a specific height and angle and it's different from one brand to another. Check the specs of the specific manufacturer you intend to use.
