Re: How y'all guys trailers your long tails in or out the bo First long tail we had to leave it out and it was a constant worry that someone was going to run into it. Second one went inside and it worked great. Especially nice when backing up in tight spaces

Re: How y'all guys trailers your long tails in or out the bo Inside the boat.... Got a ticket for pulling it with the shaft out at night with no blinking red light on it, only a flag... Cop was being a douche about it so I have turned it around since. No more issues.

Re: How y'all guys trailers your long tails in or out the bo My GDLT has the swivel bracket and I made a lil device out of a piece of flat bar with a nut welded to it that is screwed to the bottom of my boat and has a bolt with a piece of flat bar that I bent in a "U" shape. I drilled a hole in my skeg and the bolt screws into the nut, mounted on the floor, and I put a pin through "U" bracket and skeg to hold it down. I'm at work right now but I will try and see if I have some pics in my phone later on to show what it looks like.
