Yea put a few hours on it so far. Running 25-26 with heads shaved .025

Compression is around 125. Going to be adding a cam in the next few weeks.

These are the only pics I have right now. Turf is finished now and fuel tank is under the front deck.

If you recall, I had all sorts of problems when running stock. Never did figure out the problem. Added carb, heads decked .025 (boat dr) and gutted stock exhaust. Now runs 28-30 lightly loaded.

I run a huge body of water and need to scout a lot to stay on the birds. A CC is tough to beat. Don't think I could ever go back to a tiller. Curious to hear your thoughts on a CC after running a tiller for so long.

I love the console so far. The ninja knob makes it a breeze.

We had 3 people, dog, and as many decoys and gear that would fit, and it got up and ran 20 mph no problem.

Fooled with some zip ties on the gov spring today and got it turning 4350 @ a cunt hair under 27 with full tank of gas and couple dozen decoys and my hunting gear. Cam should arrive to be worked by the end of the week. We'll see where that puts me.
