Yea I hear us. Just been hearing a lot of people saying a 18/60 with duals will sit real low on the stern

Re: Anyone own an 18/60 with duals ???
I really don't want a 20ft boat. Nothing against them just prefer to have a shorter boat. I agree Iv never seen a dual run rig not sit low in the stern but people including some good boat builders Iv talked to do make a good point about an 18/60 being too small for duals. It will work but will sit really low in the stern.

Re: Anyone own an 18/60 with duals ???
I might do an 18/72. A few of the builders on here have told me an 18/72 will do fine they just think an 18/60 will sit really low and won't be worth a damn in rough water. I'll have to see pics of 18/72 before I decide. I wanna make sure 72 won't be to wide. I have my mind on an 18ft boat but don't want it to look like a huge box. The purpose of the boat is to be able to get to my lease and blind but double as a good fishing rig I can take in the shallow marshes or in deep rougher waters in big lake !

Dang that's wide. I'd go with the extra length over that width, but that's me. We all use our boats for different things.

Re: Anyone own an 18/60 with duals ???
I'd love to have a new boat buttering my boy home comes first. He's doing well but still has a ways to go. I'll still get my boat but I could care less about it at this moment.
