Any Houston area Sea Ark Mud Runners?
I'm looking at buying the 18' mud runner, but there isn't a dealer within 3 1/2 hours of me that have them in stock. Anybody have one that I can see in person (no rides or anything...just wanna look)? . If I decide to go this route and order one, I definitely need to see one in person.

Re: Any Houston area Sea Ark Mud Runners?
I have the 17/48 170 and the best advice I can give you is to really think hard on it before you spend the money. I ended up buying mine cause I didn't wanna wait on a custom hull but I regret it now cause I run stumps a lot and 1/8th hull is not gonna last as long as I would like it to. If you have any more questions you can pm me but, I really think you may wanna check out a custom builder before you pull the trigger.

Thanks for the feedback, but I live on the Texas gulf coast, never run stumps and have looked into multiple custom builders.

Re: Any Houston area Sea Ark Mud Runners?
I have a 2015 mud runner 180. I have mixed opinions about it and i have owned custom boats before. Pros: it was cheap, its fast, well built, solid, nice layout, and it is more fishable than most duck boats since i use mine as a dual purpose. Cons:it slides in turns bc its a square chine boat, has thin coat of cheap paint that scratches easily, and mine seems to produce more tiller torque than most. I could probably arange for a ride if you are interested in buying 1.
