I decided not to go with the hunt deck. It looks sexy but not needed for what I do. I felt like I was at the go devil shop today. I enjoyed the customer service. Boat will be ready in 6 to 8 weeks.

I ordered a boat from KP last Monday and didn't even know anything about a hunt deck.....thought it was just on GT boats and customs?? Any pics of PD's hunt deck?

What's the point? Looks like a bunch of wasted space to me. At least on some of them, you can store your batteries and shit under them. From the pics, it just looks like 18 or so inches of the boat that is now pretty much unusable space.

Blu, in the 2nd and 3rd picture, the Spud pole holder, Is it sticking out further than the side of the boat?
Im asking because it looks like when you would turn or slow down, it would catch water and get the driver all wet.

Hmm...I wonder if the boat was a special order boat or if it was a stock boat?? I guess being that it's still there, there's no reports on how it performed yet....I think I'll stick with the full transom for now. Who knows, may be a good reason to get another new one in a few years!!

Are the extra 16" added to the total length of the boat....(1854 would be 19'4) or is it taken out of the inside useable space....(1854 would have 16" less room inside boat)???

Talked to KP today and went check the boat out....going to paint on Monday! Another week or so!

Lol same here. I just placed my order with willet a few days ago. My son Cruze just turned one month old today, he will surely make time fly but in a good way!

I officially finalized the sale of my GDSD rigs today. I was driving away thinking that maybe I should have kept it. That was one good reliable set up. Hopefully the new rig will cause me not to miss it at all.

The problem with waiting on a rig is you start thinking of shit to add to the boat and increase the price. : ) I am giving some thought into calling KP and having him add the gator glide for me.

Congrats on the new rig.. You might as well have them add it, unless you would rather do it yourself..
