Verizon put the screws to me. One hand doesn't know what the others doing. Got a fifth line so my boys could call me if they got stuck in the woods (ages 8 and 10). I did sounder the pretense that it would cost me 25 a month and they are charging me 40. Locked in for two years then they'll never get another dime from me. I can afford them but I won't! If they make promises make them put it in writing or it didn't happen. They also promised to wave some fees that they did not. Scumbags!

Call cooperate and complain, they will give your money back... The issue is the idiots at the retail stores work on commission and tell you anything

Hate Verizon! Their customer service is pathetic and always has been. They have the best cell tower service around here but I still won't change to them

It's been a while since I had a contract but the last one I think was $250 to break the contract. Pay them the fee and tell them to fuck off. All the phone companys are crooks.
