Looking at the Xpress boat the bayou series. Wanting to hear some opinions or reviews on them. What do ya'll think?

There are a couple reviews floating around. Doesn't seem to be incredibly positive due to weight. I think the consensus is they're heavy for their size, thus don't perform as well as they should. Do a search, you'll find a couple threads about them. I speak from experience, and I could be remembering wrong (which happens often).

I think butternut had one. He wasnt impressed.

my buddy runs their flat bottom all weld jon with a 25 GTR and runs pretty good, runs 23 with 3 guys 20 with 3 and a load seems to be a solid boat but its as basic as they come no boxes or anything

I have a Bayou 18V with a 44 Sport V. What would you like to know?

Guy I hunt with has a 18 bayou with a 35 GTR. Use to run decent for as heavy a boat as it is. Not too great now after getting beaten up hunting public timber in Ark. Has two nice hooks where the pods are. About 24 by himself. Transom cracked twice as well.
