The price might be higher if GT was the only one in the surface drive market. They could charge twice as much as they do and people would still buy them. Competition is good for buyers right?

Not exactly correct..... But then what do you expect from GF

GT sued both GD and MB - GD declined to defend themselves with MB and sought singular
court rulings in a stand alone legal fight with GT...

First time after several years - all GT allegations against GD were found to be "groundless" and
entire case dismissed...

Second time - Federal Case - three legal issues against GD were filed - after the court heard
the arguements of the GT legal team and the reply from the GD legal team - not only was the
first issue dismissed but the court further ruled that they would not even listen to the other
two issues as the entire case was found to be "groundless" - no further appeals exist for GT
against GD after the ruling last week in Federal Court ....

MB has been delaying their case to see how things went with GT verses GD....

Expect GD to now seek civil actions against GT to recover the near 500K legal defense
costs in what was obviously a completely frivolous case....
