 Gun box lid attachment I had a 1x1x5 gun box made with the left over aluminum sheet i had from replaceing the floor in my boat and i was wondering what the best way would be to attach the hinges for the lid? I didn't want to screw them on and have the screws sticking out inside the box where they are sharp. Is there a better way to attach them with some type of adhesive or is it best to just deal with the screws?

Re: Gun box lid attachment Rivets would be best but you could go with small bolts so you could grind them smooth to the nut inside.
