ProDrive SBX 1854 with GTR 37? Any reason not to do this?

 ProDrive SBX 1854 with GTR 37? Any reason not to do this? I am in the market for a new boat and was wondering if I could put a GTR 37 on a ProDrive SBX 1854? Does anyone have experience or input with this possibility? I like the reverse of the GTR but I need the safety of the SBX as I will travel over some deep waters at times with my children. I tried searching for answers but I could not find anything.
