 Gatortrax measurement I'm sure this has been brought up before. How are gtrax boats measured? The width is measured w/o chine? Correct? And the length is w/o the hd? So an 1844 is essentially a 19'6" x48"? My buddy is trying to figure it out. Thanks

Re: Gatortrax measurement You got the length right. The width is measured at the top of the chine at the transom I believe .

Re: Gatortrax measurement Haha mine is about an inch above the chine. I ordered a 1650 and basically got a 1656 or 60. One thing about it though, it dont take much water to make her float

Re: Gatortrax measurement My 38 is 38" across the actual flat bottom. Top of the chine is something like 46" from what I remember

Re: Gatortrax measurement Pretty sure you measure the floor at the water line, the huntdeck is 20 inches not included in the length of the boat
