 Mud Buddy Trim - HELP
Buddy's trim went out this morning when he unloaded his boat. Last night he hooked up to the boat and checked everything out, and trim was working fine. This morning puts into water and trim is locked up. You can hear the motor trying to trim up and down but bearings are locked up (i guess?)...Does anyone know if you can replace just the bearings or would you have to replace whole trim unit. I dont really know anything about how a mud buddy's trim is set up, just posting this for him. and will post pic of the trim PT# that he got off the motor. It is an early 2000's MB 35hp

Re: Mud Buddy Trim - HELP
Northern tool has a good selection of actuators like the bear trim unit. Measure length of stroke in and out, they maybe able to match one up, a lot cheaper than MB. Also find them on Amazon.com.
