 Hydro Turf on Uneven surface
The bottom floor in my boat is an old sheet of approx. 1/16" aluminum It has dents and bends from the years of use and I cant get hydroturf to stick to it without bubbling up. I'm using weldwood contact cement which is what HT recommends. Any ideas, I've already ripped a whole sheet trying to take up and reapply.

I had the same problem if you just put some weight on those spots until it dries it'll stick to it.

Poke a small hole with a syringe to get the air out. The air is your problem.

Re: Hydro Turf on Uneven surface
Even on flat surfaces I had to put bricks and concrete pads down on the edges of mine to get it to stick. Left them there overnight, no issues. I ended up with a couple small bubbles that you can only find when its humid. I was told to pierce the turf with a syringe and pull the air out, then inject some contact cement, then put some weight on it.
I had a buddy put some on a rounded surface in a bay boat. He laid a sand bag across it. Worked really well to hold it down while it cured.

Sounds like you didn't let the contact cement work. You have to coat both sides and pretty much let it dry before you put it down. If you only coat one side or don't let it dry first, you'll get lots of bubbles.
