Theres a good one in the engines forum right now, lol

I have a prodrive gen III and every one elses boats go faster than mines. I think my boat should be faster, whats wrong?? :lol:

He said hes done tons of reading on here, but somehow missed that the gen III's are somewhat slower than most :lol:

I have a flat bottom, square chine boat.
Why does it slide so much when I am running wide open with light load in the boat and I try to cut it hard and make a hard 90* turn?
Do I really have to slow down a little bit for the boat to turn? :lol:
