Post Running under load
Have boss 37 efi. 25 with 2 ppl empty. Under hunt load this am with decoys and 3 ppl slow to get on pad. Took for ever.

20 hrs on motor. Could this be a valve searing problem ??

I've heard that most of these motors don't vary too much from top speed to load speed. Getting plenty of rpms. But under the load today slowly aging rpms.

I had a problem one morning with mine and found that we had too much weight loaded forward. Mine likes to run flat, but it's easy to weigh down the front and plow water with a big load.

I have an F86 1854 with a BD4400, and had it LOADED down last week. 4 guys approx 180 a piece, all the gear, 2 coolers, and an 80lb dog. Trying to get on plane in deep water was a struggle, but it finally broke free. Best way i found was a little more weight to the rear thence once going good send 1 guy to the front. 2 in front 2 in rear. Once on plane, it was doing 25 steady.
