Post No ramp launch
Let me ax you crowd, how do you launch your boat where there's not a ramp? Or when you can't back your truck in? I've read where folks unhook and winch the trailer down and up. I'm thinking of making a dolly with large tires and a ball with a winch mount for just that. Any ideers?

Reverse WOT and stand on the brakes. Make sure the motor is pinned up.

Gator glide is going to be a project for this summer or next. I will try nailing the brakes in reverse. Gotta remember to keep the winch hooked up! First thing I guess I should do is find out how far into the water I can go before it falls off (river channel). Next issue is getting it back up a muddy bank. I've been warned to tread lightly so that means if I even have to use 4wd, I've already gotten in trouble with the land owner. Anybody got an excavator and some cheap concrete in exchange for a mediocre hunt?
