 steps
not a pod but anybody ever add a small step to the back of transom? Something about half the size of a pod and does not go to bottom of hull. Just an angle welded top and bottom for a small step to ease in and out of boat.

That looks like tubing with a flat on both sides so it could have two welds top and bottom. Gives me some ideas. Thanks for the pic
