 Boat Paint?
Got a '97 1648 War Eagle LDV and the original camo is faded some and worn off. What's a good OD green base paint to use? Primer or no primer on bare metal spots?

 Re: Boat Paint?
I'm curious about this as well. I have a G3 that I want to paint. There is bare spots on the bottom and a few other places? Should i get all the hull down to bare aluminum or should i just sand the whole thing a little and them primer and then paint?

 Re: Boat Paint?
Just repainted my boat. I used Styx River paint. For prep. I just mixed some mineral sprits with some water 1/2 and 1/2 in a 3 gallon sprayer coated the area let it dry. Recoated and took fine grit sandpaper and just smoothed the rough and chipped spots out. Biggest thing is to just make sure it's clean. I washed with soap and water after. I did use self etching primer.
