 Pro drive lower
I have a lower unit(gen2) that originally had a 36hp on it. Was curious what the smallest motor would mount up to the lower to eventually put on a 14ft boat.

I don't think that's a good idea. The frame is heavy and won't work well on a 14' boat. But to answer your question, a 25 kohler as far as I know. I'm sure you could modify something smaller to fit, but you will have several other issues, like props for one.

Yeah I figured weight would be a issue, I doubt I'll ever do it was just curious if it was possible or not.
