 explain these rpms please Same exact hulls 16x38 kleberts hull
Same exact load
The 27 Kohler godevil longtail will reach 3450 rpms
The 23 godevil will get 3860-3900 rpms
Keep in mind both motors are 100% stock
The 23hp has more hours, the 27 has 120 hrs...
The 23 is about 2mph faster with the driver being 30lbs heavier
The 27 has a newer prop with atleast 20 hrs on it...
Why is the 27 Kohler being out preformed?

Re: explain these rpms please Prop pitch. Run them in mud and see the kohler do better. Drop the pitch an inch, get more rpms, likely get more speed in this particular case.
