 Re: Removing Foam
It was all in the floor and back pods, the front foam was only saturated up a couple of inches.

 Re: Removing Foam
Picked up the boat from media blasting last week, headed to paint this week. Hopefully have the gator glide applied this weekend. Itching to get this thing in the water

 Re: Removing Foam
Boat has been painted with the factory Gator Trax paint and color, got the boat off the trailer and flipped yesterday, sanded and acetoned the bottom for gator glide, unfortunately with the looming tropical storm and consistent daily rain at this point, I don't think i will get to apply the glide until the storm passes through and sucks away some moisture. Good news is there are no major hooks or dents in the bottom

 Re: Removing Foam
Applied the GG last weekend, use about 1/2 gal to do 6 coats on a 1650 w hunt deck (LOA 17.5'), applied the GG up to the bow eye and 6" down from the side crimp. in hind sight i wish i would have went 4" from the crimp. Should have all the rigging completed this weekend.
