 Edge boats
Anyone know about them? They're pretty close to me and the price looks good. Just curious if anyone has any feedback.

 Re: Edge boats
Search function, edge designer now havoc. You want a mud boat get a real mud boat, you want a fast outboard boat havoc / edge is ok. Wasn't fond of my buddies

 Re: Edge boats
I was lookin at them for an outboard but all the pics I saw looked like the transom being set back so far behind the widest part of the hull made it squat. I never talked to anybody that had one, just what it looked like in all the pics withe the boat in the water.

 Re: Edge boats
Not as big of a deal once you're running unless you underpower it. Should mean less friction at the back, which translates to more speed up to the limit of the prop to shove the weight through the water. Since it's not a large boat and it's an outboard, should still get on plane pretty well.
