 15/42 Project boat price
Recently moved to CO from central Tx. Had it posted in Denver Area past month in a half or so, no serious inquiries, havent put it up in MMT classifieds I guess because my thoughts are there are no MMT guys around me. Live an hour west of Denver now in the mountains, surrounded by rocks and white water, really have no place to use it unless I drive at least 5 hours.
Boat was built originally in Lafayette. - 4 ft fish deck - 3/4" Grab bars welded into each side of the fish deck, entire length of fish deck - Fresh styx river kit paint job (Old School Camo) - done right, sandblasted boat down smooth, solid primer coat, finish coats applied after paint had time to fully cure (10 days) - Brand new camo seats, rod holders, sealed dry compartment under fish deck. - Boat has two 6x9 marine speakers in the front deck (dual brand) - Two 5" 2 way indoor/outdoor Yamaha water proof speakers in the back, mounted on the inside of the boat with corner mounts between the transom and the sides of the boat, on each sides of the motor - BOSS audio stereo deck w/ FM radio, USB connect, and AUX outlet - Single row 26" LED (Zombie Lighting) light bar on front, Green led light strips in interior - 2 multi functioning bilge pumps (one manual 1100 gph & one auto/manual 600 gph) - 35 mph SierraGPS speedometer and tach - Waterproof cigarette lighter outlet in switch panel -All wires cleanly ran & hidden, water proofed (all connects shrink wrapped over heat shrink terminals), and ran through a terminal block. No wires exposed in boat. - 2 main leads ran from terminal block to battery w/ master switch, controls entire circut. - 2 leads from motor (ignition). 4 wires total to battery. Very clean job. - Welded grab bar with lizard skin grips
- Bought the boat w/ a 3/8" aluminum plate as the floor board. Thinking logically I cut the plate out to reduce weight (the boat ran w/ a 60 hp outboard prior to me purchasing it so obviously I guess weight wasnt a deal for the previous owner) - Replaced the 3/8" plate w/ a piece of marine grade plywood in the bottom to lighten the load - budget constraints prevented me from doing so - Marine Plywood floor was mounted solid in floor, sanded smooth, Rust-oleum rhino spray (1st coat), etching primer, then Styx River pattern like the rest of the boat, floor finish - enameled w/ a poly acrylic ceiling wax for preservation - stuck waiting for supplies had some 2 in. red cedar, pine and rosewood scrap laying around put that to work - all wood sanded, stained, CURED, and applied w/ a polyacrylic ceiling wax theres more life in it than you think
Budget constraints were real so I made do w/ what I had
MOTOR: Running a 2014 35 hp Go Devil SD. All stock, motor has 65 hours, brand new and runs like it.
Originally was pushing this rig w/ a modded 23 Copperhead, loved being lighter but didnt like the way the small block pushed a load so traded up w/cash down for this motor.
Was nervous about overloading the boat, had a couple threads aimed at trying to figure if there were any 15 ft rigs out there w/ 35's. I finally got the balls to slap her on there, the boats a tank. Its a matchup. The boat scoots and handles the load. No issues w/ load, had 3 guys in it back in June and rolled a four and a half ft gator in it alive. Its a floating humV.
Gobs of work, gas, driving hours, labor, and money has gone into this rig for me, in my eyes I cant put a number on it so my efforts are to get some rough numbers (through some pictures and a description - granted) from ya'll.

 Re: 15/42 Project boat price
You cant place a value on something that you cant see in person I get that. Its been a struggle getting any licks from anybody up here in CO on the CL adds so wanted to make sure I wasnt asking anything completely unreasonable.
Iv'e got close to 4500 in the motor.
A little under 2500 in the boatt.
If I were to get 8k for this rig I would do a couple backflips. Just wanted to get some other opinions.
