Has anyone had to deal with them? I have sent them a couple emails, but haven't gotten any replies. Just curious on maintenance on these frames. When to change grease? is it self contained? (I'm almost positive it is). And the likes. Thanks!

Asking for help when no one has posted a how to on that frame isn't troll worthy. You're seriously asking for help. I was trying to prevent a bunch of people telling you to steer clear and buy something else when you weren't asking what to buy, you were needing help. Yes, it's probably self contained.
