Getting a ride together for Saturday March 27th in Caernarvon.

The start time will be about noon.The ride conditions will depend on the wind and the freshwater diversion. It may either be a shallow water ride or a mud run.As we get closer to the date of the ride I will post a report of the water conditions. There are always places to test the motors as long as the water is not extremely high.

We can launch at the free backdowns located near Elevated boats inc in Braithwaite off hwy 39.Here is a link to a map of the area of the backdowns.

yea SWM its still on, I have to work all week and I just found out that I have to work nights that weekend to . So I'll just have to leave a little early to get into work.

I'm going to make a couple of rides during the week after work to check things out but the water is still very low and if it comes back up it will not be all that much.We have west winds all week in the forcast with only 2 days with an east wind. The only places that have water are the pipelines, main bayous and deep ponds and lagoons,thats it everything else is mud or shallow water.

I'll post up some pics or vids of what it looks like towards the middle of the week. I'll also check into who is going to make it so we can get a head count.

Water was high and my motor decided to throw a scrap iron fit late in the evening,thats a cracked block to be exact
