 boat build help
about to start a build on a hull for a longtail. Haven't quite decided on square chine or round chine. has anyone tried to round chine a hull by hand? was thinking about building wood jigs and trying to roll sides up to jig and weld in transom to hold it in place. had concerns about being able to roll the metal or not. any help would be appreciated.

 Re: boat build help
Just roll it around your transom.. Use your transom as the jig..

 Re: boat build help
How thick of material? Probably going to be tough to roll a sheet of .125 by hand.
