 mud buddy
can u put a 3 blade prop on a mud buddy 35 sd? i currently have a 2 blade prop but was wondering if u could put a 3 blade on one and if it is worth it. from alabama so not a lot of soft bottom just a lot of vegitation and stumps to run through. sorry if its a stupid question im no expert on these things

I would imagine so since I tried a 3 blade MB prop on my GT.
By the way it wasnt worth a chit, 3900rpm plus it had no more push.

I have video of Quackilla08 changing his prop 5 times send him a PM he can tell you right away pros & cons of 3 blade... Chops can too... They've been testing them out there in some MUD

The MB 3 blade sux from the stories I've heard and from what I saw the day WEA shot the video of QK08. Supposed to be faster in clear water, but I wouldn't know. You might try checkin the MB forum for some performance reports.

i had planned on ordering a big blade prop for it, just curious if the 3 blade would perform better in all the milfoil and stuff like that. tks for the help

I ran Mudbuddys for four years and a Prodrive for two years in thick Eurasian milfoil....with two blade props. If you have a MB forget about the three blade. Just get the 12.25" big blade two blade prop and rock on.
