First test of Hammer prop on Gen 4 PD
Finally got the Hammer prop out to run in some bad stuff. All I can say is that it's awesome on the PD. It's not the fastest prop I have, which it's not made to be, but this thing will plane off so quick it's crazy even in heavy veggies and nasty stuff. I did hit some mud with it, which was quite uneventful so I didn't even bother putting it in the video because it takes off better in mud than in the water. In very shallow water full of nasty veggies the thing is nothing short of amazing. When it bites you better be holding on...several times I almost flipped out of the boat when the thing grabbed and took off.

Re: First test of Hammer prop on Gen 4 PD
Chris at LA Propeller got it hubbed up for my gen 4. He can get them hubbed for any PD. It is a little slower prop, but the thing eats like crazy in the nasty. Hauls a load pretty good too. He's also working up some other props that we'll be testing out for the PD soon. Some two blades and some three blades.

I want something that bites better in mud and nasty shit. I can bang rev limiter with my stock prop too easy.

If you are even lucky enough to run the power tech without it slinging a blade. What they should do is take the shovel prop, which was a good prop and tone that thing down so it can be ran on gen 4's.
